• All orders placed on the web: www.carmenhernan.com/tiendaonline will be considered as a request for an outright purchase by the client.
• Atelier Carmen Hernan will only place your order after receipt of total sum via PayPal or Bank Transfer
• Delivery will be considered completed when the carrier has put the goods at the client’s disposal and the latter has signed the receipt of goods.
• It is the client’s duty to check the goods on receipt and to make any complaints that can be justified at the moment of receipt of goods.
  

PURCHASE RETURNS

• Atelier Carmen Hernan only accepts purchase returns due to product defects.
• Purchase refunds will not be taken after 7 natural days after the invoice date.
• Purchase refunds will not be taken if the goods are not returned in their original packaging and they are not in good condition.
• Purchase refunds must be authorized by Carmen Hernan. For that, the customer must apply for a purchase refund authorization by sending an email to info@carmenhernan.com indicating the reason for refund and the delivery note number or invoice number)
• The shipping costs for returns must be beared entirely by the client .
